Thanks Aeri ^^ I didn't put in ketchup or onion juice, but it still turned out great...and it also turns out that this sauce is a great marinade as well =) I had some leftover sauce, and marinated some pork with it, then pan-fried them after a day of marinating. We loved it!! I love the chewy texture! I did it without the skewer though...but I believe it is a lot easier to eat it with skewer or for frying..it's very sticky.
