I tried using the Squid brand of fish sauce and I have to say that I prefer the Korean brands better.  I usually use Assi brand (까나리).</description>

oops.. you forgot to put fish sauce ?? oops.. then you will lose some flavor for your kimchi.. (not salty enough..and maybe fermented faster.. or goes bad or.. sour faster)  :shock:  I hope it&#039;s still turns out okay..</description>

		<description>plastic and heat does not get along, so please make sure to  use a stone bowl or glass bowl in the microwave.  The plastick package   says &#039;microwave and dishwasher safe&#039;... however, it is the best not to use it though.  we love you! :oops:</description>
