Spent 2 years working as expat in Ulsan... Loved the boiled mandu.... Had it wherever available. For some reason all contents tasted great.

I would like to replicate the dipping sauce and since I am in Texas how can I put a Texas twist on it but still respect the Korean recipe

hi Chi,
dumpling takes time to make... and it's hard to tell how long it will take because I made it alone..and I don't know how many people you will work together to make it.. you will make mando from the beginning.. ?? or only make the soup with already made mandoo ?? It took about 2-3 hours to make the mando0 from the beginning.. and the mandoo soup took about 20 minutes..

Aeri,

Love your website, made dalkgalbi for the parents and they loved it. Quick question. Can you post a recipe for making kimchi mandoo from scratch?
