Fried rice is very common food for Asian cooking. Depending on the Asian country, the ingredients can be slightly different, but not much. Today, I will show you how to make Korean style vegetable fried rice. There are no particular rules for the ingredients. So, you can use any kinds of vegetables you like. If you add some chopped ham, sausage, or hot dogs, it will be very delicious also. (Just reduce the amount of salt in that case.) I like to make fried rice when I have left over rice in the refrigerator. It is a very good way to use your old rice without wasting it. Plus, if your kids don’t want to eat their vegetables, try this dish for them. Not only is it healthy, but it is also yummy. Thanks!!!

Wait, you will start to wonder, what is DeopBaps. hehe… It is a Korean word for a certain type of dish – If you serve some food (usually cooked with different kinds of meat, vegetables, and sauce) on top of rice, and you mix the rice with the food before eating, we call that kind of dish, DeopBap. The SoGoGi DeopBap that I’m going to make today is a non spicy type of DeaopBap. The beef has bulgogi flavor, and there are many kinds of vegetables in this dish. Later, I will post different kinds of DeopBaps. See you soon again~~~

This is another Korean spinach side-dish, SiGemChi Namul. You can use this side-dish for other Korean dishes, for example, Bibimbap, JapChae, KimBap, and so on. Of course, you can also eat it as a side-dish with rice, soup, etc. My sweet husband made the special animation video for this dish and posted it on YouTube. Thanks!
