Yesterday, my lovely sister-in-law cooked an eggplant sandwich for us. I’ve been asking her to do a cooking video for me and since she was going to cook we went ahead and made a video. As she mentioned at the beginning, she didn’t have a recipe but tried to make something delicious from her instinct and experience.

Delicious & healthy recipe! I would love to try it but I don’t know where to get avocado in Korea ^^…Aeri do you know how to cook Korean Corn Dogs? I really love them especially the ones with fries but I have to travel for an hour to get to Dongdaemun or Myeongdong to be able to eat them. ^^
