Hi Everyone. Today, I will share a very tasty snack food that brings back good memories from hometown. My hometown, Gwangju, has a popular bakery called “Gongjeon Jegwa” which can be translated as “Palace Bakery.” It started as a local bakery and has now grown into several branches. One of their signature breads is this “GongRyongAl” which means “Dinosaur Egg.” Oh don’t worry or be scared – it doesn’t have any dinosaur eggs in it. lol It is a famous and popular bread that I ate while growning up. I wanted to make it at home, and this recipe is what I came up with. It was a huge success and my Korean family members told me it’s even better than the one the bakery makes. yay ~~~ 🙂 The flavor is almost the same, so I’m happy with the result. Now I can make it anytime, anywhere when I get hungry for it. The fresh french baguette filled with this yummy egg salad and other ingredients will give you a very pleasant experience.
