The Korean soybean sprout side dish, KongNaMul MuChim, is very common and popular. In few minutes, you can have a tasty side dish. Maybe because of that, most Korean restaurants serve this as a side dish. It is a nonspicy side dish, but you can add some hot pepper powder to give a little kick if you like spicy food. You can also use this for your bibimbap. Try it someday.

The Korean tofu side dish DoBu JoRim is an easy and delicious non-spicy side dish using tofu. The flavor of the soy sauce mixes with the sweetness of the other vegetables to give you a great taste. It is best to make a small amount of this side dish: only enough for one meal.

하트 모양 계란말이, HaTeu MoYang GyeRan MalI

GyeRan Mali is a common Korean side dish for meals or lunch boxes. Typically, it is round and taste like a fried flat egg. However, today I will show you something different. This version has a cute heart shape and includes some vegetables like carrots and green onions for color and taste. It is very easy to make, and you can make somebody happy.
Of course, the flavor is delicious with very few ingredients.

감자 조림, GamJa JoRim

GamJa JoRim is an easy and delicious non-spicy Korean side dish using potatoes. The flavor of soy sauce mixed with a little sweetness and the texture of potatoes gives you a great taste. Although you can make a small amount of this side dish for one meal, you can also make a lot and keep it in the refrigerator. It is a popular side dish for school lunch boxes in Korea. I hope you will like this. It has been while since I made a post. I was very happy to do this again. More recipes will be posted as I get back into the swing of things. hehe

MuNaMul is an easy and delicious non-spicy Korean side dish using radish. Before, I posted the spicy radish side dish MuSaengChae. Simple seasonings such as garlic, salt, and sesame oil bring out the radish flavor, and it has good texture. You can use this side dish for your bibimbab also. Thanks!
