
Just yummy Korean food this time. Kimchi fried rice.
Like Kentuky Fried Chicken, only different. 
For delicious fried kimchi rice, I want to tell you several things.
First, good kimchi makes yummy fried kimchi rice. Well fermanted kichi is the best.
Another thing is..Frying the kimchi first is important – don’t cheat. 
I prefer to fry my rice a little crispy which takes longer to cook. (patience … hehe)
You can add more sugar or salt depending on your taste.

Curry powder is one of the most healthy foods in the world. Adding different kinds of vegetables and meat will make this dish even healthier. This recipe is a Korean style curry & rice dish. When I tried Indian or other curry powder for other food, I thought the taste was a little different from Korean curry powder. So, use Korean curry powder for the original Korean taste. The Korean brand that I use, “Ottogi Curry Medium” comes three different kinds of curry powder, hot, medium, and mild. I usually use medium for my curry rice, but depending on your taste, you can use hot or mild also. If I have chance to try other curry powder for it, I will let you know the result. Or if you try it and tell me, I will feel very appreciate on it. This curry tastes best with chicken rather than other meat, but you can skip the meat, if you are a vegetarian, it will still taste very good.

Kimchi Ramen ( 김치 라면) is one way to cook delicious Korean ramen. There are many different kinds of Korean ramen in the Korean or oriental store. Most Korean ramens have more flavor and they are spicier than American ramen. Adding kimchi in normal ramen gives even more flavor and makes it more spicy. I love kimchi ramen. However, ramen is not very healthy, so I want to recommend not eating this yummy food too often. I know it is not easy to avoid this temptation. hehe I hope you will try Korean kimchi ramen someday.:D

Buckwheat noodle soup is known as 메밀 국수 (Memil Guksu) in Korea. Buckwheat is thought to be a very healthy food to eat. This is a delicious way to eat buckwheat.
