Posted by Aeri Lee on February 7, 2012

Have a quick and delicious meal with this pre-made Sempio dakgalbi sauce. I posted homemade dakgalbi before; this Sempio sauce tastes as good as my dakgalbi. The spicy and slightly sweet chicken, vegetables, and rice cakes taste very good. Amazon sells this sauce along with other pre-made Sempio sauce, so you can try them someday.
Of course, you can try my homemade dakgalbi recipe too.

This sauce also can be used for other kinds of foods, limited only by your creativity; although today’s recipe is how make bulgogi. Enjoy the flavor as much as I did.

Spicy salted seaweed stem bokkeum is another delicious way to eat seaweed stems. I’ve posted non-spicy seaweed stem bokkeum before. Once you make this, you can serve it for several weeks as a side dish. For this recipe, I used Sempio Youndoo for flavoring. If you don’t have Youndoo, you can add a little bit of salt and/or soy sauce depending on your tastes. The slightly spicy and garlicky flavor makes this seaweed stem dish very tasty. Try it someday.

샘표 안동 찜닭, Sempio AnDong JjimDak

Sempio braised chicken is a very easy, shortcut version of Andong JjimDak. When I tried this product for the first time, I thought that the taste is almost the same as authentic homemade sauce. So, I am very happy to share this recipe with you. Andong is a name of a Korean city, and this special dish is a very famous food from that area. The braised chicken and vegetables with the sauce will make you fall in love with the flavor. I love, love, love this food. It is not too difficult to make from scratch, however, it is even easier to make if you have an already prepared sauce like the Sempio sauce that I used for this recipe. I know that there will be many people who can not buy this product where they live, so someday soon, I will post an Andong jjimdak recipe using homemade sauce.

닭 야채 볶음밥, Dak YaChae BokkEumBap

Chicken and vegetable bokkeumbap is delicious and nutritious because it has chicken meat, various vegetables, eggs, and rice. Since you get different flavors from the ingredients you don’t need special side dishes to eat with it; just kimchi and any kind of Korean soup will give you a simple but perfect meal. I think it will match with many other foods so you can serve this as a side to a meal from your own country also. For this recipe, I used some Sempio YounDoo (Natural Liquid Seasoning) for extra flavor. Without YounDoo, this fried rice tastes good; however with it the taste is even better. So try it someday.
