hello Aeri,
i really love your recipes and enjoy making them, but there is this one particular recipe that i want to make is this korean grilled pork intestines. I went to a korean BBQ place and they had the intestines, but i just don’t know how they prepared it and what kind of seasoning do they do. Thank you so much for your time.
hi Mai,
Thanks for your comment.
Sorry but to be honest, I’ve never tried that grilled pork intestines, I heard that they are delicious… just intestines are not the food I usually try.. so I don’t know how to make them. Please ask me other food that I can make for you. thanks
hi Aeri!
i just got my kimchi chronicle’s book
and i saw your name on it!!
hi Carolina Lee,
I sent you a personal message but didn’t hear from you. I wonder how my name is in that book. hehe thanks
Thank you for your recipes. I love Korean food (I’m not Korean) and love the culture (I watch Korean movies all the time hehe).
Thank you again, the recipes look easy. I haven’t tried any of them yet but will soon after I move to my new house. I want to make the side dish and keep in the fridge. How many days can they keep? I know kimchi and keep for a while, but what about like spinach, or bean sprout, or potato, or fish cake, or pan cake, fried eggs… Can I keep for 5 days? Maybe I can cook alot of them on Sunday, then eat all week. We work and have a 2.5 year old kid, so we can’t cook every day. Please help. Thank you.
hi Lily,
Thanks for your comment. about your question..
it’s all depends of side-dishes.. some you need to eat just that day.. some you can keep for a week.. some .. few days.. like this..
so please check my picture index for side-dishes..
most of time, I will mention.. how long you can keep the side-dish..
if I didn’t mention..and you want that recipe to try.. please ask me again with the food name. ^^

Hello Aeri !
!
!
I arrived at your blog through one of your videos on Youtube, what a great job
I love Korean food and I have already tried to cook Bibimbap, Bulgogi and Mandu, some of my favourite Korean dishes
I’m really looking forward to trying some of your recipes, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to find all the ingredients
Take care
hi Laura,
Thanks. I hope you can try more Korean food through my channel. hehe
I chanced upon your video in Youtube while searching “How to make a Korean pancake?” and oh boy, I love all your recipes!!!
I’m looking forward to learning from you in future. Nice knowing you
hi Jona Lim,
Wow, you are a mom of 2 children.. hehe Nice to meet you. Please keep in touch with me. Maybe I can get some good advice from you as a mom…hehe thanks
Hi Aeri,
Do you ever plan on writing a book (not cooking related)? (:
hi Ann,
haha.. for example what kind of book ??? I will like to have korean language book too..
Hi Aeri,
I bumped into your youtube page while trying to find out how to make 김치볶음밥. I always wondered how to make all these korean foods all my life as my mom would never tell me how to make them when I asked her (maybe it’s because I was her son and not daughter lol). Unfortunately, as my mom is getting older, she is cooking less and less and I think now it’s time I cook for her haha. Thanks so much for all of these recipes! Oh and btw, is it possible in the future you can maybe let us know how to make 동치미국수? I can only taste this dish every time I go to Los Angeles, but would like to know how to make it someday as I miss eating this dish very much. Thank you!! And 화이팅입니다!!!
hi David,
You comment made me smile.. as a mom who also has a son, I just pictured that you cook some delicious Korean food for your mom and eat with your mom.. so sweet and happy moment.. hehe I’m sure that your mom will be very proud and happy when you cook something for her. I will add it (동치미 국수) to my list and post it someday.. thanks
thanks
