    외국인 친구들에게 한국 음식을 소개하거나 만드는 법을 알려 줄때 좋은 자료가 될것 같습니다. 앞으로 자주 이용해야 할것 같네요. ^^;

    • Aeri

      Hi, jazzplay
      와..반갑습니다 ^^
      도움이 조금이라도 돼었다니 기뿌네요.
외국인 동료가 제 김밥 레서피를 입맛에 맞아 하셨음 좋겠네요. 네..한국 음식.. 동료분들에게 많이 많이 퍼뜨려 주세요..히..
      자주뵈요~~~ :)

    Hello Aeri…. ^_^
Can you help me?….next month is my daughter birthday what kind of korean food I should prepare for the party … anyway thank you for your delicious menu my husband love it…

    • Aeri

      Hi, tanyacho
      Oh.. congratulations on her birthday.
My question is… whom will be the most guests ?? they will be kids ?? (your daughter’s friends??) or adults ??
To be safe..I will say mix some spicy food and not spicy food. Of course you can add one of your husband favorite Korean food there to make him happy..hehe

here is my list for you :
      not spicy ones :
      1. jeon (Korean style pancakes – pick one of these 3) – Garlic Chive Pancakes, Crab Stick Jeon, Hobak 1.Jeon
      2. Kimbap
      3. bulgogi
      4. Tangsooyuk
      5. Meatball
      6. Fried dumplings ( just make it before birthday..and freeze..and you can fry on her birthday..^^)
      7. japchae
      8. YuBu ChoBap (very simple…but can be risky since it’s kind of sushi type food.. )

      spicy food:
      1. TteokBokKi
      2. Mini Fried Chicken
      3. DdeokGgoChi
      4. Fried Pork

There are my recommendation for party menu.. haha..of course I didn’t mean you have to have these all.. ^^ Here is the link for picture index..
      http://aeriskitchen.com/picture-index/

I hope I helped you a little..and you have a wonderful birthday party.
      Thanks !!
