is bibim kooksu and bibim nangmyun the same thing? if not what is the difference? i tried it at a restaurant and thought it was like bibim bap but they used noodles instead. can i use the ingredients that u used in bibim bap? and what kind of noodles would i have to get? thanks for your help.
tina from hawaii
Hi, tina
so.. maybe you can try it someday.. hehe thanks !!!
aha… Kooksu is noodles.. so it can be different kinds of noodles… but nangmyun is special kind of noodle… that can be one different..but bibim kooksu and bibim nangmyun will be almost similar… the sauce can be different but can be same also.. my bibimbap sauce will not be that sweet and sour compare with bibim nangmyun sauce.. Acutually I’m planning to post the recipe soon.
p.s I will post the ingredients also..so you can get the idea what kind of noodles you need.. okay ??
hi^^ how are you? take care

(there are several types..) for good fried 고등어,.buy already salted 고등어.. then.. fry it with oil..that’s it.. if it’s fresh 고등어 without salt… sprinkle some salt for both sides… and marinate some time..then fry it on the pan with oil.. that’s it.. hehe but for you ..I will add it to my list .. thanks

Hi, meo
Hello Aeri~shii,
I have been a big fan on youtube!!! I see that you are not only a wonderful chef, but also a fantastic photographer! Maybe you can help me, I am looking for a great picture of bulgogi – the ones I find on the internet are not that appetizing. Could you let me know i have one or are interested in getting involved in a small photo project? Please let me know.
Robert
Hi, Robert
Thanks for your comment. You gave me a big praise. hehe… As you see, my bulgogi picture isn’t that good since I used my old camera at that time. I was planning to take some of the pictures again with my new camera someday.. so maybe I can give you better bulgogi picture sometime, if it’s the only picture you need…. Your project is emergency ?? I’m very slow doing things these days… so I wonder how soon you need that bulgogi picture. thanks !!!
Aeri- Shii,
Kind of emergency. Can you email my private email? Thanks
