Hi Aeri!

Let me say I was so excited to find your website! I stumbled across it searching for the calorie count in yellow pickle, of all things! LOL.

I am Korean, but was adopted, so I know nothing of Korean cooking, even though I LOVE eating it. I was ecstatic when I saw all the recipes that you have put up for everyone.

You know, the way I always cooked my beef for the wraps was just with some salt, sesame oil, and some pepper, and I would then eat it wrapped in lettuce with rice, kimchi (bought from the Korean Market), and yellow pickle (also bought from the Korean Market. I am so happy to have found a recipe for the beef bulgogi. My family didn't leave Korea until I was 5 years old, and this has always been our favorite dish.

I am still moving through your website, and I am fascinated with everything I didn't know. I just wanted to say thank you for such an awesome website!

Dear Aerie,

My best friend has referred me to your YouTube because she has made your delicious sweet red bean bread! I have been buying them from Oriental bakeries here, but now I can make my own! They are amazing!!!

There's not a lot of Korean restaurants here in Minnesota, USA. One of my favorite things to eat is Kal Bi and Kimchee Bokum. You should teach us how to make it pretty please

hi zola,
At first, congratulations on your baby. Yes, it will be good to eat healthy food and escape to eat too salty, greese.. spicy food. In that point.. many korean ladies will try to be careful what they eat. but that doesn't meat they will totally eliminate all kinds of spicy food like kimchi in their diet. So.. try not to eat too often..but eat sometime if you are really craving for certain food. If you get stress because you can't eat something.. that stress can be worse than not eating. ;) I hope that you and your baby are healthy and happy. thanks

hi Daniel,
Yes, I still like my rice cooker. Somebody said.. after 2 years..the rice will start to get bad smell.. something.. but I don't have that problem. So I recommend you that. I also happy to meet a Christian like you. God bless you.
