The other day, my sweet sister-in-law baked this pumpkin cheesecake for my husband’s birthday as a surprise.
He enjoyed it very much and even mentioned this pumpkin cheesecake is better than the one at the Cheesecake Factory. Thanks to his birthday, I got the chance to try a new delicious cheesecake too. Thank you, Tracy.
I highly recommend you try this recipe. I will post a link for you to my sister-in-law’s new blog, blossomhollow.com. Aha, she will post different kinds of design things, photos, and good recipes, so please check it out.;) Thanks. For the full recipe, click here.

MuNaMul is an easy and delicious non-spicy Korean side dish using radish. Before, I posted the spicy radish side dish MuSaengChae. Simple seasonings such as garlic, salt, and sesame oil bring out the radish flavor, and it has good texture. You can use this side dish for your bibimbab also. Thanks!
Yield: 1 Quart
Short Korean Lesson: *^^*
- ChamGiReum (참기름) = Sesame Oil
- ChamGgae (참깨) = Sesame Seed

Mackerel that is fried with a little salt is a common way to eat this fish in Korea. You can buy pre-salted mackerel from a Korean grocery store. The saltiness varies between brands. This post is not really much of a recipe because all I did was fry the fish, but I wanted to introduce you to this popular Korean side dish. Dark fish meat is very healthy and mackerel has omega-3 fatty acid in its dark meat. Try this delicious and healthy Korean dish someday. Thanks!
Yield: 2 Servings
Short Korean Lesson: *^^*
- GuI (구이) = A way of cooking: Frying on a pan or grill
- GoDeungEo (고등어) = Mackerel
