Thanks for this lovely site…could you please tell me how to clean this fish once we buy from market. They usually sell in the form of fish garland :)…is it enough if we just wash them in running hot water?

If you buy it from a store.. usually they already remove the intestine and guts… just wash them in cold water several times before cooking. Thanks ^^
