Condensed Milk (연유 = YeonYu)

Condensed milk is not usual for Korean cuisine. But it can be used for some dessert like PotBingSu, or bakery products.

  • Use:
    For PotBingSu or other desserts

  • Storage:
    Keep in the cabinet. Once you open it, keep in the refrigerator.

  • Short Korean lesson: *^^*
